We offer a hearty Christmas appetizer table with many Finnish fish cold cuts, Christmas ham, fresh salads, seed bread, Karelian pies, egg butter and herbal cheese. Traditional sour dough brew and water are also included. The main course and dessert change daily.

Roasted pork fillet, apricot and apple, rosemary potatoes, dark wine sauce, traditional rutabaga and carrot puree.
Lingonberry vanilla pannacotta and Christmas cookies.
Tuesday 13.12.
Sour cream-dill salmon, roasted parsnip and carrot in herb butter, dill-potato puree, rutabaga and sweet potato casserole.
Cranberry soup and cinnamon foam.
Wednesday 14.12.
Turkey breast seasoned with thyme, figs, mushrooms and onions, dark blackcurrant sauce, wild rice, rutabaga and sweet potato.
Rum and raisin mousse.
Thursday 15.12.
House oven roast, lingonberries and pickles, parsley-smoked potatoes traditional rutabaga and carrot puree.
Apple-cream and oats.
Friday 16.12.
Sautéed butter with fried salmon, braised vegetables, onion and potato puree, tartare sauce, traditional rutabaga and carrot puree.
Gingerbread mousse and pickled sea buckthorn
